Remaining true to its mission to prepare young women for the world of work and beyond, Northlands Girls' High School has an ethos based on the enrichment of the individual in accordance with the founding core values which are : integrity, commitment and compassion. Curriculum content is child-centered. Through determined effort and hard work each individual is encouraged to take responsibility for her own progress in partnership with the teaching staff. Management of the school is in the capable hands of the Governing Body, the management team which includes the Principal, her Deputy and Heads of Departments. Leadership opportunities are available to the girls through various representative bodies.
